Rosario Demers

Rosario Demers holds master’s degrees in philosophy and adult education and has over forty years of demonstrated commitment to international cooperation. From 1966 to 1976 he taught in Cameroon, before becoming a lecturer and training program manager for CECI, a position he held until 2006. From 1984 to 1988, he was the founding director of the CECI office in Haiti. Subsequently, he was responsible for various missions from 1990 to 2006.

Mr. Demers has also been involved for more than fifteen years as a volunteer member of the Quality of Life committee and chair of the Faubourg Saint-Laurent Roundtable in downtown Montreal.
