CECI empowers women economically through training, business development, the promotion of inclusive value chains, support for policy reform, and access to innovative and inclusive financial services.
Adaptation to Climate Change
CECI promotes women’s leadership in adapting agriculture and food systems and protecting ecosystems to confront climate change.
Inclusive Governance
CECI supports inclusive governance efforts that value the roles of women and youth. It recognizes the connection between emergency humanitarian action, sustainable development, and peacebuilding.

The Strength of an Global Network
Americas
A strong presence in Haiti since 1971 and in Latin America since the 1990s, CECI works to economically develop women entrepreneurs, prevent gender-based violence, strengthen agrifood systems, and build social tourism. In Haiti, CECI focuses its efforts on governance, fair and inclusive local development, community adaptation to climate change, and the promotion of women's rights.
